The role involves driving customer experience transformation through UX/UI design, ranging from user research and service concept formulation to prototyping and implementation support. You will work closely with clients to solve business challenges by designing digital products, mobile apps, and web interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user-centered experiences for digital products and services
- Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management
- Present design concepts and prototypes to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX or UI design
- Strong portfolio and proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and Microsoft Office
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
- Experience with user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
