- Manage the design and delivery of ultra-luxury residences by reviewing design proposals and ensuring commercial viability. Liaise with external consultants and monitor on-site works to ensure high-quality finishes and adherence to standards.
Requirements
- Must be a Part III RIBA Architect with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in super-prime residential projects. Requires strong spatial planning skills, knowledge of UK building regulations, and proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD.
