Sr. UX Designer, Devices Core UX

You will own the design vision and UX strategy for the Amazon Developer Portal, creating complex B2B workflows for onboarding, monetization, and compliance. Additionally, you will drive alignment across cross-functional teams and support Core UX initiatives for Fire TV and Fire Tablet devices.

Responsibilities

• Own design vision and UX strategy for Amazon Developer Portal experiences
• Design complex multi-step B2B workflows including developer onboarding, monetization, and compliance
• Create end-to-end service blueprints for cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, and business stakeholders
• Influence product roadmap with design insights, user research, and strategic recommendations

Requirements

• 7+ years of design experience
• Online portfolio or samples of work
• Experience presenting designs and collaborating with all levels of the organization
• Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps
• Experience in process design and documentation
• Experience in development or technical support
• 3+ years designing complex workflows in B2B, B2C, or regulated industries
