Design Manager

Manage and evolve the organization's Design System to ensure visual and functional consistency across digital products. Collaborate with Design, Product, and Development teams to implement components and optimize scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the design system of the organization
• Design, document, and maintain design components, patterns, and guidelines
• Ensure visual and functional consistency across digital products and platforms
• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to ensure correct implementation of components
• Identify opportunities for optimization and avoid duplication of components and efforts
• Promote the adoption of design standards and best practices
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of the design system
• Participate in defining processes that allow for scalability of new features
• Ensure alignment between design and development throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, or Design Systems
• Experience participating in the construction, maintenance, and evolution of design systems
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of design, product, and development
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Systems Engineering, or related fields
