- The Design Manager will act as a custodian of design intent, managing external architects and consultants to ensure high-end residential projects meet quality and budget standards. They will also oversee design delivery on-site and collaborate with internal teams to support feasibility studies and project briefs.
Requirements
- The candidate must be a qualified Architect (Part 3) with over 8 years of experience in high-end residential or mixed-use developments. They should possess strong technical knowledge across all RIBA stages and be proficient in Revit and Adobe Suite.
