Design user-centered digital experiences by participating in research, ideation, prototyping, and validation phases. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create intuitive and visually attractive solutions, including the evolution of Design Systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, motivations, and usage patterns
- Facilitate workshops and ideation initiatives with business, product, and technology stakeholders
- Conduct user interviews and synthesize key insights
- Perform market analysis and benchmarking to identify improvement opportunities
- Design end-to-end experiences for digital products and features
- Define user flows, wireframes, mockups, and user-centered interfaces
- Create interactive prototypes and evolve solutions through iterative design processes
- Participate in the definition and evolution of the Design System, ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product life cycle
- Present design proposals, prototypes, research, and design decisions in international settings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design for web applications
- Solid experience in UX/UI and user-centered design methodologies
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user interviews and facilitating ideation sessions
- Ability to translate business and user needs into high-value digital experiences
- Experience managing design initiatives from start to finish autonomously
- High level of English to work in an international environment
