Responsibilities
- Develop high-level customer experience strategy for both the near and long term
- Design interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces for experiences
- Collaborate with Science and Engineering teams to define UI patterns for LLM-generated and agentic content
- Present design work to the user experience team, product team, engineering team, leaders, and partner organisations for review and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in user experience design or interaction design
- Portfolio that demonstrates excellence in visual and interaction design at the senior level
