Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design for AI/ML-powered automation products — from discovery research through high-fidelity prototypes and production handoff
- Define interaction patterns and design frameworks for LLM-powered interfaces (conversational AI, agent-based workflows, human-in-the-loop review systems)
- Conduct and synthesize user research to identify pain points, validate design hypotheses, and drive data-informed design decisions
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX designer or interaction designer experience
- Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and design
- Online portfolio or samples of work on resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns, across desktop and mobile devices
