- Lead and mentor the design team while managing workload forecasting, resource allocation, and the delivery of high-quality shop drawing packages. Coordinate with external engineering consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and project momentum.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in commercial or large-scale multi-residential facade design with strong technical knowledge of glazing and curtain wall systems. Proven leadership capability and thorough understanding of the National Construction Code and relevant Australian Standards.
