The Product Designer will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and transform discoveries into product evolution opportunities. They will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering teams to build wireframes, prototypes, and validate solutions before development.

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Plan and conduct interviews, usability tests, and discovery sessions with clients and internal teams
- Map user journeys, flows, and processes
- Identify opportunities for product evolution based on research, feedback, metrics, and user behavior observation
Requirements
- Experience in UX Research and Product Discovery
- Ability to transform research into product opportunities
- Experience in building user journeys and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma, Miro, or similar tools
- Knowledge of product metrics and user behavior analysis
