As the first design leader, you will own the end-to-end product experience, from onboarding to high-trust financial workflows. You will create prototypes, conduct user research, and define the interaction model for an AI finance employee across web, mobile, and conversational surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own the product experience from onboarding through daily use
- Design how people give work to BOB and understand what he's doing
- Develop high-trust workflows around approvals, payments, and financial controls
- Establish the design system and product-quality bar across web, mobile, and conversational surfaces
- Build prototypes to answer hard product questions
- Conduct research with real users
Requirements
- Portfolio of shipped B2B products
- Experience building design systems for complex software
- High degree of ownership
- Ability to work in-person in Miami
- Strong prototyping and frontend instincts
Benefits
- Compensation: $160K-$210K base + equity
