- Lead the end-to-end evolution of the user experience for investors and internal teams while driving high-impact design initiatives from discovery to delivery. You will also manage design systems, conduct user research to inform product strategy, and mentor junior designers.
Requirements
- Requires over 7 years of product design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity. Candidates should have a strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow design, experience with design systems, and ideally experience in regulated fintech or capital markets.
