- Lead end-to-end design initiatives from discovery through execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify user needs. Translate data and market benchmarks into implementable designs and advocate for solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Requires 3–5 years of UX design experience, preferably in OTA or B2C e-commerce environments, along with a portfolio of implemented designs. Candidates must possess strong stakeholder management skills, ability to analyze quantitative data, and fluency in English.
