You will build and mentor a Birmingham-based design team while setting technical standards and design governance for low-carbon building services. Requirements
- The ideal candidate is a senior design leader, such as an Associate Director or Technical Director, with a strong background in building services and a mechanical bias. You must have expertise in low-carbon technologies like heat pumps and district heating, along with sufficient electrical awareness to lead multidisciplinary MEP delivery.
