- Lead end-to-end research programs to shape AI-native business applications by identifying customer needs and de-risking product decisions. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Requires over 5 years of experience in user research using various methodologies like ethnography, usability testing, and surveys. Must hold a bachelor's degree in Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, HCDE, or a related field and possess a portfolio of research work.
