Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for defined feature areas, from initial problem framing to producing production-ready Figma files. Collaborate within cross-functional squads to design AI-driven features and contribute to the company's design system while ensuring accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of end-to-end product design experience with a strong ability to conduct independent user research. Candidates must be proficient in Figma, understand AI interface implications, and be able to use quantitative and qualitative data to drive design iterations.
