Senior Constructability Engineer, Data Center Design Engineering

Drive practical constructability and commissionability standards within data center design documentation and processes. Act as a technical conduit between Design Engineering and construction teams to resolve complex delivery issues.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Global Constructability team and the global Construction Management teams to ensure consistency of approach
• Drive practical constructability standards in design documentation
• Drive commissionability improvements in designs
• Drive process improvements in the hand off from design to construction/commissioning
• Optimize the engineering input post design completion

Requirements

• 6+ years of data center design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance experience
• 6+ years of industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities
• Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment
• Experience researching new designs, technologies, and construction methods of data center equipment and facilities
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
