Responsibilities
- Manage the design process from pre-construction through to project delivery, ensuring technical compliance and commercial efficiency. Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to deliver high-quality design packages and drive digital construction improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Design Management within the construction industry, preferably on education or public sector projects. Proficiency in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD, along with strong technical understanding of architecture, structural, and MEP services.
