As the first dedicated designer, you will own the end-to-end product experience, from research and problem definition to high-fidelity UI and implementation. Requirements
- You should have 3-5 years of experience designing complex software, ideally within an early-stage startup environment. Proficiency in Figma and coding-based prototyping tools like Cursor or Claude Code is required, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
