- Lead end-to-end UX design strategy and execution for a product area while managing and developing a team of designers. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
Requirements
- Requires over 6 years of experience in complex digital product design and a proven track record of managing teams of at least 5 people. Proficiency in Figma and various research tools is essential, along with advanced English skills.
