Product Designer

Own the end-to-end product design process by partnering with PMs and engineers to solve complex tax and finance problems. Utilize AI tools like LLMs and Cursor to prototype, validate concepts with customers, and deliver polished, production-ready designs in Figma.
Responsibilities
- Own product work end to end
- Partner with PM and engineering to define problems, explore solution spaces, validate concepts, and ship improvements
- Stay involved through launch and iteration
- Start in an LLM, use Claude to clarify intent on ambiguous tax workflows, draft short PRDs, and surface edge cases
- Validate with self-serve research, talk directly to controllers, AP leads, and founders running ecommerce, SaaS, and digital businesses
Requirements
- Experience as a product designer on complex products
- Ownership of projects from problem definition through launch and iteration
- Active use of LLMs like Claude or ChatGPT in your design workflow
- Comfort in Cursor or Claude Code
- A portfolio that shows strong product thinking, interaction design, and craft on dense, data-heavy surfaces
