Founding Product Designer

As the founding designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for complex B2B operational tools, including a control tower, workflow builder, and AI-native surfaces. You will work closely with customers and engineers to translate real-world logistics problems into legible, high-density interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own design across the product, from the first sketch to the shipped interface and back again
- Work closely with the founding team and engineers to design and build software
- Design and build the control tower, alerting and intervention experience, and Logiblock
- Define what trustworthy AI looks like inside serious operational software
Requirements
- 4-8 years of professional product design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work
- Experience with interaction, visual, and systems design
- Experience with designing software for operations teams
- Fluency in Figma and prototyping

- Base salary: $150K-$220K
