UI DESIGNER - TOTALENERGIES DIGITAL FACTORY

The UI Designer will translate user journeys and wireframes into high-definition interfaces while collaborating with product and development teams. They will also maintain UI kits, contribute to the Design System, and ensure digital accessibility compliance.
Responsibilities
- Align and frame the visual aspect
- Translate user journeys and wireframes into high-definition interfaces
- Collaborate closely with UX Designers and Product Designers
- Analyze business needs and technical constraints with Product Owners and developers
- Propose consistent and feasible interface solutions that respect the TotalEnergies brand identity
- Conception of graphical and organizational aspects
- Design of interaction and prototyping
- Industrialization and governance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Presentation of a portfolio is required
- Background in applied art school, industrial design, or artistic direction is a plus
- Techniques: interface ergonomics, graphic qualities, Figma, prototyping, responsive design
- Methodologies: product culture and sensitivity to tech and data environments
- Soft skills: result-oriented, customer-oriented, team spirit, leadership, curiosity, communication, analysis and synthesis skills
- Languages: current level of French and English
