You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of the doctor-facing platform and partner integrations through concept design and interactive prototyping. You will also conduct user research, analyze data to derive design hypotheses, and collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility.
Responsibilities
- Concept and design: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features and optimizations
- User-centered research: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Data analysis: Help evaluate user feedback and analysis data to derive hypotheses for design decisions
- Collaboration: Act as the interface between design and development, ensuring your concepts are technically feasible and precisely implemented
- Design system: Work with our design system, apply it consistently, and contribute to its development
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills
- Excellent English language skills
- Completed degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Media Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a comparable qualification
- 3-4 years of practical experience in UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design process and skills
- Proficiency in common design tools like Figma, FigJam, etc.
