- Lead design work for the Growth team by defining roadmaps, optimizing funnels, and creating personalized customer experiences using AI. You will design growth systems and experiments while translating qualitative and quantitative insights into high-fidelity user experiences.
Requirements
- You must have over 7 years of professional design experience, with at least 4 years specifically in Growth, ecommerce, or merchandising roles. A strong portfolio demonstrating impact on conversion and product adoption, along with expertise in UX research and iterative testing, is required.
