Sr. UX Designer, Amazon Advertising Sales and Partners UX Team

The role involves designing and deploying innovative, frictionless user experiences for the Amazon Advertising Sales team globally. You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to simplify complex processes into intuitive UI and maintain detailed interface specifications.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, user research, and technical constraints/opportunities
- Quickly and thoroughly create user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product initiatives
- Relentlessly simplify and distill complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI
- Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications—working closely with developers to see your design through to deployment
- Proven ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from business leaders, product management, and engineering
Requirements
- 8+ years of design experience
- Available online portfolio
- Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Prototyping in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Ajax
- Experience applying scrum to visual or UX design processes
- Experience with UX design of complex workflows
