Responsibilities
- Lead the evolution and governance of the DonorPerfect design system to ensure consistent, scalable, and accessible user experiences. Partner with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy interfaces and create reusable UI components and interaction patterns.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of experience in Product or UX Design with a proven track record of building scalable design systems for SaaS or enterprise applications. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with front-end technologies and WCAG accessibility standards are essential.
