Senior DC Structural Engineer, DC Design Engineering

Lead structural designs for AWS data centers across the EMEA region, focusing on security, safety, and cost-effectiveness. Manage external design consultants and collaborate with internal engineering teams to develop prototypical facility designs and specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain structural Basis of Design, prototype design, and template specifications
- Prepare conceptual data centre scheme designs
- Partnering and communicating with internal customers to establish project scope, schedule and deliverables
- Manage our external design consultants through the design and construction process
- Coordinate with internal and external Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Fire and Cabling design engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in industrial or commercial engineering in mission critical facilities
- Professional Engineering or Architectural License
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region
