The role involves designing end-to-end digital experiences, including user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes. You will manage design systems, collaborate with developers, and translate business requirements into scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and production of digital experiences for the platform
- Definition of user flows, user journey, and information architecture
- Creation of wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Translation of business requirements into scalable and concrete design solutions
- Design of dashboards, complex systems, and multi-device interfaces
- Collaboration with frontend and backend developers
- Management and update of the design system
- Iteration of design based on feedback, usage data, and KPIs
- Coordination with CTO, TPM, and leadership for strategic alignment
- Translation of complex concepts into clear and consistent visualizations
- Creation of guidelines and documentation for the development team
Requirements
- UX/UI design advanced and interactive prototyping
- Product design and UX advanced
- Design system, component library, and visual standards
- Understanding of HTML/CSS/React for collaboration with developers
- Ability to analyze user behavior and qualitative/quantitative data
- Systemic thinking and product orientation
- Attention to detail and care for visual consistency
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and Agile/Lean methodologies
- Value orientation, problem-solving, and proactivity
- Italian written and spoken language (mandatory)
