Graphic Designer - Full time - ONSITE

Lead the creative direction for commercial signage projects, including concept development for large-format graphics and vehicle wraps. Oversee design standards, mentor junior designers, and coordinate between sales and production to ensure buildable, brand-accurate results.
Responsibilities
- Concept development for channel letters & dimensional signage
- Establishing design standards and best practices
- Reviewing and approving artwork before production
- Mentoring junior designers and production artists
- Ensuring projects are brand-accurate, buildable, and code-compliant
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience
- Strong background in sign or large-format graphics
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Deep understanding of scale, materials, fabrication constraints, and install methods
