- Lead the preconstruction and design phases of colocation and hyperscale data center builds from inception through turnover. Coordinate with third-party design teams, internal stakeholders, and construction managers to ensure technical deliverables and budget compliance.
Requirements
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering with over 9 years of experience in commercial construction design programs. Strong preference for candidates with data center experience and a background in Mechanical/Electrical systems.
