The role involves end-to-end product design for a medical learning platform, covering everything from user research to pixel-perfect UI. Additionally, the designer will manage the brand identity and create AI-driven workflows to enable the business team to produce on-brand assets.
Responsibilities
- Design new features for the learning platform, including user flows, information architecture, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Work closely with the product, content, and growth teams to ensure consistent design and delivery
- Maintain and develop the company's design system and component library
- Create brand and product visuals, including templates and automated workflows
- Collaborate with the business team to create on-brand assets
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in digital product design
- Strong portfolio showing product UX/UI and brand/visual design
- User-centered design experience, including user research, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design system practices
- Experience with AI tools and workflows
- Fluent English and German
