You will be responsible for the full user experience of the platform, from initial concept to pixel-perfect execution. You will translate product goals into intuitive flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating closely with developers and founders.

- Ensure the product is logical, pleasant, and efficient for the user
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers and founders to ensure designs are well-implemented
Requirements
- Experience as a UI/UX Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar design role
- Proficiency in Figma or a similar design and prototyping tool
- Structured thinking, user-centered design, and design thinking
- Ability to clearly explain and justify designs to non-designers
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ownership of designs
