Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end design process for luxury multi-storey residential projects from concept through to delivery. Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and building codes while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver cost-effective and sustainable solutions.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience delivering luxury multi-story residential projects in South East Queensland, preferably with a head contractor. Candidates should hold tertiary qualifications in Design, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
