The Senior Permit Program Manager will coordinate the planning, execution, and evaluation of all critical government approvals required for data center development. They will lead building permit processes and work with partner teams to develop and execute a permitting strategy while managing risks associated with AHJ approval processes.

Requirements
- Candidates should have extensive experience with entitlements, real estate development, and government engagement, along with a proven track record of delivering high-priority projects. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with experience in data center design and construction.
