Engineering Design Manager, Structural, North America Design & Construction

Oversee multiple engineering programs to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards through strategic planning and stakeholder coordination. Provide technical leadership in structural design, manage program budgets, and lead multi-disciplinary teams to implement design standards across building sites.
Responsibilities
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Develop and implement program-wide strategies, processes, and best practices
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to align engineering programs with overall organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Provide technical guidance and expertise on engineering systems and technologies
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and project managers
- Establish and maintain quality control processes for engineering systems and programs
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on engineering-related matters
- Develop and manage program budgets
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in engineering systems
Requirements
- 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Professional Engineer License
- Experience in project management, or experience in construction
