- Lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative UX research to inform product strategy and design direction across complex enterprise workflows. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable research plans and mentor others to elevate research maturity.
Requirements
- Requires 4+ years of UX research experience in digital products, preferably within B2B or enterprise SaaS environments. A degree in HCI, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in diverse research methodologies and analytics tools.
