You will lead product discovery to identify user needs and prioritize opportunities while designing intuitive user interfaces. Additionally, you will monitor feature performance through data and feedback to continuously improve the product and collaborate with marketing and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the discovery of needs and prioritize topics
- Conceive intuitive and useful user interfaces in collaboration with the product team
- Ensure the smooth delivery of the product in collaboration with the development team
- Follow the evolution of features after delivery and measure their success
- Evaluate and improve the product with continuous user feedback and data
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to communicate the positive impact of features
- Participate in the evolution of design patterns and transversal uses of the design team
- Contribute to the life of the design team and challenge colleagues
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS product design
- Passion for visual design and interaction design
- Excellent communication skills
- Autonomy in conducting topics and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Understanding of technical constraints of design work
- Values of kindness and empathy in daily work
- Ability to give and receive feedback
