Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of research programs to provide user insights that guide product ideation and digital design strategy. Establish a UX Research Community of Practice to foster collaboration and data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- Requires a minimum of 8 years of industry experience in UX research and a degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field. Must demonstrate strong leadership in building research disciplines and the ability to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
