Define the transverse UX vision for complex banking processes and interconnected systems while leading advanced user research and prototyping in Figma. The role involves mentoring junior designers, evolving the organizational design system, and collaborating with Product Owners and business sponsors.
Responsibilities
- Define the UX vision for a large banking client
- Pilot advanced user research workshops
- Conceive complex prototypes on Figma
- Arbitrate design choices between teams to preserve harmonization of the user experience
- Mentor junior designers and challenge existing practices
- Structure and evolve the design system at the organization level
- Represent the UX function to product governance instances and business sponsors
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Lead Dev, and business directions on strategic issues related to banking products and processes
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in UX design
- Expertise in Figma and user research methodologies
- Experience in structuring design systems at a large scale
- Good understanding of banking business processes and financial products
- Ability to design on complex and interconnected systems
- Demonstrated ability to arbitrate and federate several teams around a common UX vision
- Mentoring or training experience for other designers
