- Gather and implement ideas for process improvement
- Participate in the preparation of prototypes and test them
- Work with data to analyze and make decisions
- Work with AI to improve daily routines and processes
- Help the operational team solve process-related problems
Requirements
- Knowledge of relevant banking products, services, channels, and processes
- Positive attitude, openness, and a healthy dose of common sense
- Analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team player
- Ability to persuade others and drive change
