The UX Designer will lead the Design Thinking process from empathy to testing, creating user-centric solutions and interactive prototypes. They will collaborate with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers in an agile environment to define project objectives and improve interfaces based on user tests.
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing user experiences for clients
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
- Utilizing design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to create design solutions
- Conducting user research and testing to inform design decisions
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Designer
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with design thinking and user research
- Ability to work in an agile environment
