As a NextGen Graphic Designer, you will develop design solutions that engage people and strengthen brands. You will work across various channels, from print to digital and social media, utilizing GenAI as a tool to enhance creativity.
Responsibilities
- Developing design solutions that inspire people, strengthen brands, and make communication visible
- Designing cross-media communication measures - from print to digital to social media and content
- Creating visual communication that delights customers and has the potential to gain national and international attention
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop design solutions
- Using GenAI as an intelligent tool to visualize faster, design more courageously, and tap into new creative possibilities
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a graphic designer or communication designer, ideally in a creative agency
- A convincing portfolio with works for national and international brands
- Outstanding sense of design, typography, layout, visual language, and brand management
- Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and ideally first experiences with Figma or comparable design tools
- Experience in designing cross-media communication measures - from print to digital to social media and content
- Pleasure in creative sparring with art direction, copywriting, strategy, and consulting
- High quality standards, initiative, and enthusiasm for new creative possibilities
- Very good German and English language skills
