The Graphic Designer will design creative assets for various branding and marketing projects, ensuring consistency with BJIT's brand guidelines. They will collaborate with different departments to understand design requirements and revise designs based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, social media, websites, events, and internal communications
• Create brochures, flyers, banners, posters, presentations, certificates, invitations, reports, and other promotional materials
• Develop branding materials for corporate events, award ceremonies, recruitment campaigns, and employee engagement initiatives
• Produce digital graphics, infographics, icons, illustrations, and motion graphics
• Ensure consistency with BJIT's brand guidelines across all visual communications
• Collaborate with the Branding Team, HR, Corporate Services, and other departments to understand design requirements
• Revise and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with vendors when required
• Maintain organized design files and project assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, corporate design, and digital content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with Figma, Canva, or similar design tools is an advantage
