As a Junior Product Designer, you will play a key role in building user-centered digital solutions in a collaborative environment. You will create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and ensure consistency across product interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead and collaborate on defining design solutions aligned with business objectives and user needs
- Participate actively in squad rituals, contributing with strategic vision and focus on user experience
- Create flows, wireframes, navigable prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Apply and contribute to the evolution of the Design System
- Ensure consistency of experience across all product interfaces
Requirements
- Initial experience or academic/personal projects in Digital Product Design
- Practical knowledge of Figma, Miro, and similar tools
- Good communication skills to present and defend design decisions based on data, research, and empathy
- Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously in an agile environment
- Attention to accessibility, usability, and user experience, identifying opportunities for improvement in existing systems
