Lead the end-to-end design process for complex, AI-driven SaaS product areas from strategy and research to high-fidelity execution. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate customer insights into intuitive, actionable relationship intelligence interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for major product areas
- Proactively scope, conduct, and synthesize user research and testing
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Create intuitive interfaces that turn complex data into clear insights
- Proactively contribute ideas that influence the strategy and direction of the product areas
- Help build a highly collaborative design community
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Self-sufficient researcher with proven experience conducting user interviews and synthesis
- Experience designing for AI-native or AI-augmented products
- Strong visual eye and attention to detail
- Builder’s mindset and comfort working at the intersection of design and code
- Excellent communication skills
