- Lead the design process for major product areas
- Proactively scope, conduct, and synthesize user research and testing
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers
- Create intuitive interfaces
- Contribute ideas that influence the strategy and direction of the product areas
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional product design experience
- Self-sufficient researcher
- Experience designing for AI-native or AI-augmented products
- Builder’s mindset
- Comfort working at the intersection of design and code
- Excellent communication skills
