Own the end-to-end design process for a complex B2B SaaS platform, from early concept to shipped UI. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI features and maintain a consistent design system.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end: User experience, user interface, information architecture, and interaction design
- Talk directly to customers to deeply understand their pain points
- Balance speed with craft
- Manage and evolve the design system
- Help build a culture of AI curiosity on the product team
- Support occasional creative projects
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of product design experience
- Startup or small-team experience
- Experience designing complex, data-dense B2B software
- Exceptional communication skills
- Collaborative by default
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Ability to understand technical constraints
- Genuine curiosity about AI in product design
