Responsibilities
- Designing comprehensive user experiences
- Leading UX projects independently, including cooperation with business, analysts, and developers
- Conducting UX workshops, including facilitating business needs and requirements
- Participating in projects related to web and desktop applications
- Working in a larger UX team on one product
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design
- Ability to lead UX projects independently, including cooperation with business, analysts, and developers, with examples of implementations
- Experience with tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Ability to work with design tools, including Adobe XD and Figma
- Experience in conducting UX workshops, including facilitating business needs and requirements
- Participation in projects related to web and desktop applications
- Experience working in a larger UX team on one product, with examples
- Negotiation and argumentation skills in the UX area in the context of business goals
