Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design
- Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
- Experience with design tools like Figma, PostHog, and Claude
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for design decisions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
